On October 13 RSUSA concluded 4 new Contract of affreightments from various clients. Two of the contracts are for the management of iron out of Chile to China and one is a contract out of the Far East to move food product into the Middle East. Total tonnage is at 8.5 millon tons over 13 months. RSUSA has executed a long-term transportation contract to ship over 70 million tons of iron ore out of the West Coast Mexico the various clients in China, Turkey and the USA on behalf of Pacific Coast Minerals USA, LLC. and Pacific Coast Minerals S.A. de C.V.
RSUSA COMPLETES ITS MOVE TO MEXICO

RSUSA, LLC has completed its move from Houston, Texas to Manzanillo, Mexico. All personnel will now be working out of either Mexico or Greece with a small office in Hong Kong. We continue to service our long-term clientele while focusing on the export
of minerals out of the West Coast of Latin America and Mexico. In addition our business to the Middle East continues to be strong.
RSUSA COMPLETE LOADING
RSUSA has successfully completed loading 350,000 metric tons of iron ore out of the West Coast of Mexico and Chile. In addition the SCR TRUST has acquired over 79 mineral concessions in Mexico and Chile.
RSUSA will now expand into the mining business and will soon begin to export more than 4 billion tons of iron ore, copper, silver, titanium as well as gold from its holdings.

SCR Trust will operate and manage Puerto Del Refugio and Puerto Vista Del Mar. Both state of the art facilities will been in full operation by June of 2011 and will be capable of loading over 700,000 tons of bulk minerals per week. RSUSA SIGNS CONTRACT OF AFFREIGHTMENTS
RSUSA has entered into 4 Contract of Affreightments with a major Australian mine as well as 3 Mexico Mining Companies. The contracts call for transporting approximately 3,900,000 tones of iron ore between Australia, Chile, Mexico and China.
On June 2 the Company loaded its first vessel in Australia successfully loading the vessel in 49 hours and then sailed for Xingang, China.
