RSUSA SECURES EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS FOR CHARTERING FROM SOUTHERN BELLE COMMODITIES, LLC

RSUSA has signed a 10 year exclusive contract for the export transportation, chartering and all barge/vessel operations, on a Time Charter basis for all of Southern Belle Commodities, LLC worldwide shipments. Southern Belle Commodities currently holds its Grain Trader Liscense in Arkansas and sells Rice, Soybeans, Cotton, Corn, Wheat, Cottonseed Oil and has secured orders from 13 different countries, Total exports are currently at 900,000 metric tons of rice, corn, soybeans, cotton and wheat commencing December 2018-June 2019. All vessels will load out of the Port of Pine Bluff and/or MidStream Mississippi River New Orleans, the Port of Houston, Texas, Port of Beaumont, Texas, Vancouver, Washington and Vancouver, B,C, Canada.

MexShipping out of Lazaro Cardenas, Mexico has been appointed RSUSA's exclusive Agent in Mexico for handing all vessels and exports loading iron ore and other commodites, Currently RSUSA has firm contracts to export over 5 million tons of iron ore, grains, and other minerals from Mexico to worldwide destinations.
RSUSA has also secured the 5 year exclusive rights from Pacific Coast Minerals USA and Mexico as well as from to manage all their vessel chartering and ship operations, PCM forecasts the export of over 20 million tons of iron ore and other commodities over the next 24 months, REI has secured contracts to move over 39 VVLC's of Oil from one of the worlds major exporters of Oil in the world.
